SAM – Store and Move Dealer Provides March of Dimes |
|
TOLEDO, Ohio, April 30, 2008 – Corrigan Moving Systems, a SAM – Store and Move dealer, recently participated in the March for Babies Walk, providing resources for two checkpoints to serve an estimated 2,000 walkers. The three-mile walk took place April 27 at Promenade Park and benefited the March of Dimes. Corrigan Moving Systems furnished two SAM – Store and Move containers used to provide participants with water and energy boosters; and shelter from the cold and windy weather. The annual walk, previously called WalkAmerica, raised money for the March of Dimes and supports lifesaving research, community services, education and advocacy that help babies get a healthy start. “We were delighted to donate our time and resources to the March of Dimes for the third year in a row,” said William J. Axel II, general manager, Corrigan Moving Systems. “This organization does a tremendous job of supporting families in our community, and we’re so proud to be a part of their efforts that we plan to participate again next year.” SAM – Store and Move is a convenient, safe and secure alternative to truck rental or mini-storage. The company, established in 2006, brings together a network of experienced movers to operate as SAM – Store and Move dealers.
